FAQs

What do I need to bring?

A smile! We have mats available for use, but we recommend bringing your own if you have one. We have lots of yoga props available for your use in classes (blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps, and eye pillows). You can also bring your own water or purchase a bottle at the studio. If you need a towel, please bring it with you.

How early should I arrive for class?

If it is your first time at our studio, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete some paperwork and get acquainted.

We suggest our regular students arrive 5-10 minutes early so you have time to get signed in and spend a few moments getting centered, relaxed, and ready to start class.

Do you offer hot yoga?

Yes! Practicing yoga in a heated room helps detoxify the body and find deeper muscle opening.

Our Hot Healthy Hour class is a great place to begin your hot yoga practice. This class has some longer holds, and you’ll be in and out in under an hour! Hot Flow moves at a quicker pace and is best suited for experienced practitioners.

Check our class schedule for when we offer hot classes, and please be sure to hydrate well before, during, and after a hot class.

All of our other classes are held at room temperature or cooler.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept credit cards, cash, and check. You can make purchases at the studio or online.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! We love when our yogis share the gift of yoga with their loved ones. You can purchase gift cards at the studio or online.

How much are classes?

We offer a variety of class packages. Please visit our pricing page to choose the best option for you.

When are classes?

We have classes every day! Please visit our class schedule page.

Do I need to reserve a space for class?

We offer an online system where you can reserve a space in class. Reservations for our drop-in classes are appreciated but not required.

For our special series and workshops, advance registration is often required. You may pre-register online or at the studio.

Can I observe a class before trying?

Sorry, we do not allow observers. Yoga is a personal practice, and we aim to create a safe, comfortable space for our students to move from self-consciousness to self-awareness.

Can I bring my child to class?

We welcome mature young adults age 13 and older to participate in our adult classes with a supervising parent or guardian.
